Slow Cooking Thursday

It's time for another Slow Cooking Thursday. I have come across a slow cooking cookbook from Taste of Home! I love that magazine-so I'm excited to have a slow cooking book from them.
Here's a recipe that I'll be trying soon:

Pumpkin Pie Pudding

1 can (15 oz) solid pack pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit/baking mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. butter-melted
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla

In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a slow cooker coated with a non stick spray.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the temperature reaches 160.
Serve in bowls and top with whipped topping.
Serves 6-8.

If is possible add the CresceNet(www.provedorcrescenet.com) in your blogroll, I thank. Good bye friend.

This is a great recipe. I am so excited to try it. I have made pumpkin pudding in the oven, but I have not made it in the crock pot before. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Come on by and check my recipe out.

What language is that 2nd comment in and do you know who it is? Just curious.
Let me know after you try this what your family thinks. I absolutly love pumpkin pie but it is because of my mom's crust so I don't know what I will think of this. Pumpkin overload?
Smiles!

Oh and btw, you can delete your second comment, I'm portuguese and that's in portuguese spamming about some sort of phone service on the internet. LOL

Hugs,
Sandra

I received a similar comment awhile back from that same "blogger". I am glad that one of your readers could translate it because I had no idea what it was all about! Thanks Sandra!
