Ok Go on Treadmills
I saw this on Boo Mama's blog today and it's pretty funny. It just amazes me that this is exactly what my treadmill routine is every morning and someone else is doing it too!!!!

Well, I'm sure your routine isn't quite as impressive with only one person, so maybe I can set up a treadmill in your basement with yours, and you can teach me, and we'll have a routine together!
Actually, I never get to exercise by myself anyway so I incorporated the girls into my routine!! If I say so myself, it is quite impressive!!
