We were relaxing yesterday watching the race (YEAH! finally a race not on a cable channel- I was seriously in need of a Nascar fix!) when the door opens and in walks a "visiting nurse". Apparently the word got out that Mark needed his stitches taken out. He was very brave about it- even though the nurse was not happy with how tightly the Dr. had put them in.
This is the finished product- I'm sure it will look better after some time goes by.
The visiting nurse was my sister who very graciously took out the stitches so Mark didn't have to go all the way back to the Dr.
Thanks Mari- it made for a great show and a perfect "blogging" moment!!
