Good Friends

After our get together today- Halle and Hannah wanted to play longer so we decided to keep her overnight. They have played, swam and cleaned.

Yes, you heard me right-cleaned!

They decided to clean Halle's room- so it looks great now. Tonight as I'm writing this- they are cleaning out the garage.

I'm thinking Hannah can come over more often!!
Look at how cute they are together:

Update: They just came in and swept my kitchen floor!!!

Also- tonight my little biscuit (Halle) cut one more string on my mommy apron.
She was in the kitchen with Hannah and I went up and hugged her up and was telling her how much I loved her. She said to me:
Mommmmmmm- I don't like it when you do that in front of other people.

Wahhhhhhhh- can you feel my heart breaking? This my last baby and she's growing up too fast!

Oh they leave the nest so quickly but don't fear, I have grown children that still need a mommy fix at times & I can still hold them once in awhile. "smiles"

Tell her, "Tough, it is my right as your mom, I say so, so get used to it." That is my version of tough love for ya. LOL!
Smiles!

They look so cute! It was so quiet with her gone last night!!

I always tell my kids that its my job to hug and kiss them in public!! :)

Hannah can be quite the cleaner!! When she wants to be!! :)

I would like them to give a short presentation on "How to Clean Up Without Hating to Clean!". I think this should be given to ALL youth ages 7-18! A follow up presentation could be "Cleaning without the whole world needing to know about it from your whining!"

Oh, they are so cute! I need some cleaners like them to come to my house. This morning my hubby and I looked at our list of things that needs to be done and I said, "We will be all summer getting this done!"

She does need to quit growing up! Because we just can't call her Halle-Loaf-Of-Bread! Biscuit fits her so much better! :)

What's up with those kids lately and their cleaning? That's so funny!

I'll have to try to give Halle a hug - wonder if she's let me!

Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I do hear your heart breaking. It's like bringing them to school and having them ask you to stay in the car so their friends dont' see them with mom. Go figure, I always thought I was way cool. Guess not on the scale of my growing up little girls.

Funny part is that now they are turning into me, hehehehehehe.

You should totally let that little girl come over all the time. In fact, send her on down to SC:)

I can relate----I'm not a touchy feely person. I have to remind myself to hug my children. (I stop hugging them after they turn 2-3)

Oh My! I was cold just looking at the pool pictures. I like to swim in bath water.....

And can Halle's friend come play at my house too? :)

Awesome! Abby's idea of cleaning is singing the clean up song and playing while I clean up! We are working on that.
