Slow Cooking Thursday

I came across this recipe and thought this might be a great idea. Now I hate to even think about this but we're about 4 weeks away from when things start getting really busy with the Holidays... ugh..... I'm thinking this would be great to have because alot of times your oven is already being used for all the baking you have to do so it would be great to be able to do something in the crock pot.

Party Mix:
7 cups assorted cereal (oat, rice, wheat in assorted shapes)
1 cup peanuts
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup butter melted
4 T. Worcestershire
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt

Instructions:

Combine cereals, nuts and pretzels in crock pot. Mix melted butter with remaining ingredients and pour over the cereal mixture, tossing to coat. Cook uncovered on High for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Hi Cheri, I came by lurking several days ago. You guys with all your names so similar (hehe) I can't remember if I left you a comment or if it was Terri! I'm excited to find you and your sisters. I love Mari, she's so sweet. I enjoyed reading about your awesome family, it's a beautiful story. Some parts brought a few tears. Hope you stop back over to my blog anytime.
Time to go read your recipe :)
