I'm just wondering...

Since you all are such loving giving folks, if there's anyone out there who would be so generous to trade heads with me. It would just be till Monday so not that long.
The problem is that I CAN'T breathe!
Ughhhhhh- I hate colds. But enough whining from me about not feeling well- it could be the flu and that would be SO much worse!

Look what Mark put up for the kids last night:

The girls have been asking for a couple of weeks now so last night their wish was granted. They had so much fun bouncing around out there- hope it helps tire them out a bit!

I found a little joy last night too- look what I made:

These apple dumplings are so easy and oooooooh so good. Thank you Cheryl for posting this recipe- they are delicious! If you want to try them- go here.
We are off tomorrow to Kentucky to go to the Creation Museum. I'm excited and I think the kids are going to really enjoy it. I'll post pictures when we get back.
Have a great weekend!

Oh, can't wait to hear about the museum. That sounds like fun! We'll have to do that sometime! Hey we left our tramp up all winter, not very bright! We are hoping it's not hurt any any way! Serve us right if it did! Have fun on your trip, and I hope you feel better ASAP!

Cheri,

I am so sorry about your cold. Our youngest came into bed with us this morning. He is one stuffed up little man himself.

Those apple dumplings look delicious! I am headed over to check out that recipe.

Have a great time at the museum. Oh, and have your girls jump a bit for me. If I were visiting, I would test it out with them.

Love, Joanne

Sorry, no trading heads here! I'm still kind of waiting to get my own back too!
My girls want the tramp up too - probably during spring break!

Aw honey, I wish I could send you a kleenex to make you feel better. It's always fun to get stuff in the mail, hehe.

Get better and have a blast.

Our kids loved the tramp...one of the best investments ever made at our house.

I'm off to check out the dumples...yummy!

My children always enjoyed their trampoline. Great entertainment.

Our youngest is 12 now and although they would still have had fun with it we left it at our old house when we moved last summer. A gift to the new family.

Our new house has an inground pool (Thank you Lord) and not enough room for the trampoline.

The dumplings look Yummy!!

I almost forgot...I would really love to see pictures of the Creation Museum. I don't think there is one close to here at all.

Oh, and really don't want your head cold. But thanks anyway.

I can´t believe I spelt families with a y!! Man I am loosing it today! We bought a trampoline for our 3 kids and I tell you we have never regretted it one minute. Cheri, Are you home yet? It is lonely around here when you are gone.

Are you feeling better? Do you have pictures to share?

I forgot to thank you for the love link. I am glad that the recipe turned out well for you.

My neighbor was to go to her church's progressive dinner so she made a cake. It flopped so she quickly made these apple dumplings. They were a big hit. She was hoping to have some to bring home but the people dug right into them.

Glad you liked them!
