Could you do it?

I just heard a story on the news that has me thinking. If you want to read details go here

A minister started a movement to have people wear bracelets that says "a complaint free world". What you do is every time you complain you have to switch the bracelet to your other hand. The goal is to go 21 days without complaining.

It has me wondering how long it would take me to get to that 21 day mark. I have to be honest and say it would probably be awhile- much longer than I would hope.
I imagine it would really make you realize how much we complain and we don't even realize it.

I won't be ordering the bracelet, but I think I might try it with something I already own. If it's not too embarrassing I might let you know how I do.

That's a great idea. I'm afraid I would do horrible. It shows how spoiled I am that I can find something to complain about although I have it so good.

Heck, I think I'd need to stay in bed for 21 days in solitary confinement to manage this. I think my opening sentence is usually something like "I'm so tired", "Let me wake up first", "Leave your brother/sister alone" "Who is making all that noise? etc". Oooh err.

I heard of that minister. Unfortunately, I don't think I would fare too well either!

So - does that mean at all - or just not to strangers? I mean all I ever do is complain about something! hahaha - It would take me YEARS - I probably don't even know I am doing it!

Definately not! Sad.

Sad for me to admit but I would probably not make it through the first day without hitting the 21 complains goal.

I think I complain too much about things....makes you think.
