The zoo- part one

We went to the zoo with our home group from church on Saturday. What a perfect day to go- the weather was 78 and partly cloudy- very comfortable! They have made improvements at the zoo since I've been there last and it was very nice- we all had a great time!

Stay tuned- we went to the zoo today and we're heading to Chicago Monday so I'll have lots of pictures to post.
I wish I had my camera at the grocery store tonight because Halle fell asleep right in the cart- the places that child falls asleep- I could write a book!

We have a winner

Well we have looked and looked and bought a couple and brought a couple back to the store! Ever since we finished the entryway, I have been looking for a new rug to match the tiles and grout. Nothing seemed to work.
Finally at Target tonight we saw this one and thought it might be the "one".
It is- it really matches the grout well and it adds a nice bit of color to the entryway. I love it! It's really soft on your toes too!!
