My turn

You might recognize this picture from Terri's blog last week. She had Halle stay overnight. This past Friday night, it was my turn. The girls had a great time- a little too good! I walked into Halle's room and turned around and saw the closet and I wasn't happy!

This was just one of the masterpieces I found on the closet doors. They used markers and crayons.
I got out my wonderful mr.eraser and put them to work. They are lucky little girls because it all came off!

Now, If you look at this post from Terri's blog, I think I know who the instigator of -----this was....I'm just sayin.......=

Really, I'm just kidding- when those two get together, you never know what's going to happen- I know Halle wasn't innocent in this either!
Good thing they're so cute!

I remember our little Benji coloring on the walls and it was wallpaper. Our landlord was so nice about it. She brought up some of the wallpaper she had left and papered over it. It was a small spot about a foot in measurement. She took a foot of paper and matched all sides and Voila!

Ben is an artist today so. . .. . .

LOL aren't sleepovers just the best?

Usually by the time Jasmine's friends leave I'm terrified of going in her bedroom for fear of what I may find.

I seem to remember you doing the same thing in our new house!

Libby writes on everything. She is my worst when it comes to this. I have given up on her bed frame. It has writing all over it. It was a bunk bed frame that Mark made for her and Kaylyn and we have since cut it down into separate beds. It isn't anything fancy so I figure why bother. However, she did get in trouble for writing on her desk at school this year so maybe I should have explained a little more clearly that we don't write on any OTHER furniture.
Smiles!

Mari,
Mark and I went out for supper Saturday and ran into dad at the restaurant. He thought it was so funny and was talking about that happening at the house right when we moved in.
I realized that yes- I did do it too. You do wonder- what goes on in those little minds!
I remember mom not being happy either- and me scrubbing for so long that I scrubbed that wallpaper off!

Thank you Mari for your support - although I know Shaelyn isn't innocent. I found a large black marker "S" on her bedspread Saturday night. She is "this" close to losing all her markers and crayons!

When Katie first came home from Russia she put her little mark everywhere in the house when she got a hold of a permanent black marker. You can still see it is spots. Ugh. I told my girls they do NOT get their room painted until they stop writing on their walls and beds. You would think they would learn.

At least they didn't carve into the wood and engrave their names.

When Jen was little she carved Alicia's name (yes, Alicia's name) in all of our upstairs woodword.

We do all laugh about it now.

It's been a rough weekend here and a very tough day. I'm counting on your sisters to bring on some fun...woohoo!

Kids are kids, eh?

I had to stop and think to make sure I didn't already read this post! You and Terri are confusing me!

Oh those girls are sure to be artists when they grow up. You should save all this young art, someday they may be famous..LOL
