Pumpkin Bread:
2 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. soda
Mix all together till smooth. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour or till knife check comes out clean.

I would LOVE a piece of this, but no, no. I did go to a BIG grocery yesterday and found my first loaf of gluten free bread. Now I can be happy! =)
