Taco Soup

I made this for supper tonight and it was such an easy, tasty supper I thought I'd share the recipe.

1 pd. hamburger
1 onion chopped
3 cans (15 1/2 oz) mild chili beans, undrained--- Note- 1 used only 2
1 can (14 1/2 oz) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) corn, undrained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups water

sour cream, cheddar cheese

Brown beef with onions in large saucepan; drain. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir, breaking up tomatoes. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with sour cream and cheddar cheese.

  2. This soup sounds like something my men would like. Alan is not a lover of soup but if it was spicy, he might like it.
