Out of 4- 1/2 bushels we only got 24 jars! The apples really cooked down so much this year. I've always used this type of apple so I don't know what the difference was this year but it sure is delicious! We had some warm applesauce for dinner tonight. Very good!
Here's Terri watching over the stove. You can see our Victoria Strainer set up on the table- for those of you who do applesauce and you don't have one of these it's a MUST!! It saves so much time.

Yum! That looks delicious! I wish I was a good wife and cook like you two - you're always canning and making fancy things and our applesauce comes in a package from Motts!
